Facial Data

When you choose to take a selfie in DePuff AI, the app captures a still image of your face solely to analyze puffiness, under-eye bags, and related wellness indicators ("Facial Data").

Facial images are processed using AI models to generate analysis results.
No biometric identifiers or facial templates are created.
Facial data is not used for identification, not used for advertising, and not used for model training.
Facial data is not shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties.

Face Data Retention

When you analyze a photo:

The original full-resolution image is processed temporarily to generate results and is not stored after analysis completes.
A low-resolution face thumbnail is stored locally on the device only to allow users to view their past analysis results within the app.
This thumbnail is retained until the user deletes the analysis manually or deletes their account, at which point it is permanently removed.

We retain this thumbnail strictly to provide users access to their historical results and no longer than necessary for that purpose.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

Provide facial analysis and wellness insights
Display past analysis results within the app
Improve app performance, reliability, and user experience

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures and follow best practices to protect your data. Facial data processing is limited to what is necessary to deliver app functionality, and stored data remains under user control.

Your Rights and Choices

You have full control over your data. You may:

View past analysis results within the app
Delete individual analyses at any time
Delete your account, which permanently removes associated data
